Athletics is a skill in 7 Days to Die. You can increase it by running, punching objects, and spending skill points.

Effects

The effects of the Athletics skill are a slower drain of Stamina and an increase in the duration the survivor can hold their breath. The strength of these effects per level can be found in the tables underneath.
