Description
A Hazmat Zombie is a semi-rare zombie found in Blood Moon Hordes, Military establishments, and scientific buildings like the Hospital.
The old model was a re-used model of the Feral Wight.
Despite having Hazmat gear on, they are not considered armored and still take full damage from normal weapons. Consider this before using Armor Piercing ammo on them.
Trivia
If you have the Infection debuff and get attacked by a Hazmat Zombie your infection rate will go up by 0.4% or 0.5% in one hit, it means that the Hazmat Zombie has the highest infection rate increase of all zombies in the game and their special variants either the radiated or the feral zombie has even more effect on the infection, it is probably due to the Zombie's Hazmat Suit contaminated with hazardous germs and other types of biohazards from the outside of the Hazmat Suit
