Page may be getting cluttered

There is a lot of very useful information on this page now, but it might be getting too cluttered and overwhelming. Some alternatives that might help:

1. We could consider splitting the article in this manner: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Article_size#Splitting_an_article Thus leaving the page Forge as the main, summary page and create a new page with highly detailed explanations of Recipes and Smelting.
2. If someone knows how, make it a collapsable table that is collapsed by default (I haven't gotten collapsable tables to work yet). This might help with both the recipe table and the Smelting table in the section below it.

Any thoughts?

Hey, great input! I am not happy with its current layout as it is cumbersome. The tables needs work mainly in color and secondly in format. The length of the article is just under 15kb. According to the article you posted, articles are "long" after 60kb. We are well under the split critieria. Personally I don't like having to click too many times to see the data I am after. I feel that splitting it now is premature. I come from leaning mediawiki in wikia, so there are a lot of small differences I am learning. I want to get hover collapsable tables, but that is a lot to do. Will need admin to add some Java and css.

I will work on layout. I want this page to be the basis of all work station page design. Please let me know of other ideas.

When you say "workstation" do you mean the future workstation that Mad Mole teased us with here?

I figured out how to make the table collapsible and collapsed by default. Let me know what you think and feel free to undo the change if you think it takes away from the page somehow.

Question: I read somewhere that, like a Workstation, a Forge can be broken down with a wrench and moved elsewhere. Haven't had a chance to try this yet. Anyone else care to chime in?

You are absolutely correct. You can even damage it with other tools, as long as the last hit is dismantling with the wrench.
