Is this true? ^^ - Eichi87 (talk) 18:09, 27 January 2014 (UTC)

Well it's what I got from mining a wall safe, that took ages by the way (bunkers made of safes are the future!), and we have a scrap tungsten image uploaded that matches the ingame icon so I assume it's standard. If it can be made into anything right now I don't know, I'll have check the XML. — Kuro(User:OOShinigamiOo)[ADMIN] (talk) 18:16, 27 January 2014 (UTC)
Checked the XML, nothing with Scrap Tungsten that I could find! Certainly put a theory of mine to rest though. Might we have a contender for the strongest in-game building block? Having said this, as Shinigami said, clearly it's pretty difficult to get hold of! Thunder Sniper (talk) 22:31, 27 January 2014 (UTC)
Aye since at the mo it's one wall safe for one bit of scrap it's gonna pretty difficult to build much with it, although I imagine they will likely add in tungsten ore, or some other way of scavenging it in a future release. On another note, in reality tungsten is one of the hardest known metals, so likely it will be the strongest building material available when they implement, at the moment though we're just going to have to settle for using safes instead of reinforced metal siding.— Kuro[ADMIN] (talk) 22:49, 27 January 2014 (UTC)
There is a tungsten door which is pretty hard. i am sure they will implement it completely but hard to get. - Eichi87 (talk) 14:11, 28 January 2014 (UTC)
I believe it is the hardest metal known so it's implementation will mean it's going to have to be rare! Otherwise, impenetrable fortresses are inevitable. Oddly enough, the Tungsten Door can be destroyed in a single swing of a Fire Axe in the currently build, let's hope that changes soon. Thunder Sniper (talk) 12:47, 29 January 2014 (UTC)
So it is, if they implement it as a mine-able ore material it's likely going to be the sort that's only a few levels above bedrock, and probably take about 10 swings to get at least. They might have the door fixed when they implement tungsten properly, although since zombies don't have axes it might not be on the top of the list, this'll only really affect PVP at the moment.— Kuro[ADMIN] (talk) 13:30, 29 January 2014 (UTC)
