This template is used for dpl statements to return the time in a formatted manner.
If no time is available, then it will try to calculate the time based on the crafting_ingredient_time field of the individual components. If no value exists for these then it will use a value of 0, removing that component from the calculation. This may cause inaccurate results since most items do not have this field as yet.
