Description
Validates a value against a supplied list, this is done case insensitively, and returns the version from the list, thus supplying a consistent version, that could be used as a link to a page.
Syntax

Parameters
| Parameter | Default Value | Description |
|---|---|---|
| value | Value to be validated. | |
| list | A comma separated list of valid values. | |
| value_not_found | Value to return (default) if the value is not found in the list. | |
| empty | Value to be returned if the value is empty, or does not exist. |
