Description
Validates a value, which can be a list, individually against a supplied list, this is done case insensitively, and returns the version from the list, thus supplying a consistent version, that could be used as a link to a page.

Parameters
| Parameter | Default Value | Description |
|---|---|---|
| value | Comma separated list of values to be validated. | |
| list | A comma separated list of valid values. If a value has a % followed by a link name, then this link name will be used instead of the value. | |
| value_not_found | Value to return (default) if the value is not found in the list. | |
| empty | Value to be returned if the value is empty, or does not exist. | |
| valuelink | Are the individual values links. |
