Removed items/mechanics

What do you think the best approach is for handling the removed items like gun parts, should they just be marked as "removed" in alpha 17+ or actually deleting the pages as a whole as those do not exist anymore on PC and Console never had it. ViperGeek (talk) 16:37, 22 November 2018 (UTC)

I would just do what you have done, just mark the item as removed. I think the wiki policy also says to never delete pages.

DPL table for mods

I read up on various DPL examples but can't find something which will work on the mods section. Basically all guns have various tags as "barrelAttachments,sideAttachments,smallTopAttachments" which correspond to variosu mods, which have a tag such as "InstallableOn=sideAttachments".

Is there a way to make a DPL table to look into the "tag= " field for Weapons and Mods and mark them as "compatible" if both tags contain a certain expression? Thank you ViperGeek (talk) 13:34, 29 November 2018 (UTC)
