The Alpha 15 Release Notes say that the Stone Crossbow Bolt was removed. I've been playing Alpha 17 and can confirm that the Stone Crossbow Bolt must of been added back in as it is available to craft and use. However, I've looked through the release notes and can't see any mention of this being added back in. I was going to edit the relevant page(s) to update this information but don't know what to reference as my source given that the release notes don't mention it.
