What is this skill called actually, since the update today it has broken it for our players and we are unable to reset it via the console command.
We've tried for the last hour multiple spellings and what it might be, but to no avail. No One seems to know, seems a shame to have to utterly restart from an 8mb update for everyone.
- According to the latest release notes, the skill is now a perk.
- Also, you are better off asking on the 7Day2Die forums, I don't think any developers live here.

- This is what I could find in the game files. You could try "Miscellaneous Crafting" and "miscCrafting" as names. I don't know much about console commands myself though.
