Description
A melee item can double as a light source and 30% of the time can set enemies on fire. Not ideal for sneak attacks, the light does affect stealth (28% brighter than surroundings would naturally be). The buff lasts 10 seconds normally or 11 if Fireman's Almanac Vol 4: Longer Burn has been read and will do 1.5 damage per second. If an enemy is already alight attacking them again before the flame goes out guarantees the buff is reapplied.
