Description
The Cannot Breathe status effect will start whenever the character first goes underwater.
The duration on this status effect indicates how many seconds are left before the character begins Drowning. The baseline duration is 60 seconds but can be increased with levels in the Iron Gut perk.

The color of this Status Effect will turn orange when there are fewer than 30 seconds of air left. The effect can be cured by simply returning above the water's surface to breathe again.
