Rule 1: Cardio is a Recovery Perk in the Fortitude Attribute. It improves stamina regeneration while sprinting, allowing for longer sprint times.

Trivia
- The name "Rule 1: Cardio" is a reference to the 2009 film Zombieland. More specifically, the Rules of Zombieland, where Cardio is the first rule, as it allows one to evade zombies more effectively.
- Rule 1: Cardio being under Fortitude makes sense, as in real life, sustained cardio actives requires good aerobic endurance.
- If combined with Beer, having Rule 1: Cardio maxed out enables one to regenerate stamina while sprinting.
