Heavy Armor is a perk under the General Perks tab and not associated with any Attribute levels.

Leveling this perk increases the chance of finding Armored Up Magazines, Armor Parts, Sewing Kits, and Heavy Armor pieces. The bonus loot chance stacks with Light Armor & Medium Armor.

3 Iron Man Now we're talking about some serious protection.
Reduce heavy armor movement and stamina penalty by 17%. Reduce durability use by 45%.

4 Get Tanked You are now a walking tank.
Reduce heavy armor movement and stamina penalty by 25%. Reduce durability use by 60%.

Notes

  • Since Update 2.0 Heavy Armor has been moved to the General Perks and is no longer associated with any attribute. It now requires spending more skill points to unlock each level of Heavy Armor.
  • Every level of Heavy Armor increases the chance to find Armored up Magazines (maximum of +1000%, and +3000% when stacked with Light Armor & Medium Armor) and resets to the base 100% after maxing the Armor Crafting Skill.
  • Every level of Heavy Armor increases the loot chance of Armor and Armor Parts up to a maximum of +1000%.
