Overview

Mechanical Parts are an un-craftable multi-purpose part that can be used for crafting various items. In particular they are used in Vehicles, some tools, and a number of mechanical electric devices and traps.

Obtaining

Mechanical Parts can occasionally be found in Destroyed Workbenches, Toolboxes, Mo Power Crates and shelves, and Working Stiffs Crates.

Mechanical Parts can be harvested by Salvaging Air Conditioners, Gas Stations, Office Chairs, File Cabinets, Reinforced Drawbridges, Shopping Carts, Gas Pumps, Ovens, broken down vehicles such as Sedans, Safes, and Metal Doors. Only an appropriate salvaging tool such as a Wrench will yield Mechanical Parts. Other tools will just yield simple resources such as Iron. Office Chairs and File Cabinets are an extremely plentiful source of Mechanical Parts, especially in larger buildings.

Scrapping an Engine will yield 30 Mechanical Parts.

Mechanical Parts can be obtained by harvesting other blocks in the world.
