Random Number Generator
A Random Number Generator is a program that generates a sequence of random numbers. In the case of 7 days to die, certain weapons and statistics are subject to have random numbers applied on top of their base values. The source of these can be found in items.xml
For example: a Baseball Bat has a base Entity damage of 17.4. The entity damage states that it has a ±15% percentage variation. 15% of 17.4 is 2.61 so the lowest a Q1 baseball bat can be is 14.79(-2.61) while the highest it can be is 20.01(+2.61). Each Q1 Baseball bat will be a random number between 14.79 and 20.01 not accounting for mod power, perks, or any additional modifiers.

Notes
- As a rule of thumb, T0 weapons, armor, and tools have no RNG.
- The Pump Shotgun, Auto Shotgun, Lever Action Rifle, and Sniper Rifle are some of the only weapons with a magazine size modifier that has different negative and positive values.
- The Lever Action Rifle and the Sniper rifle are the only weapons that add flat numbers instead of a percentage to magazine size.
- Stamina Loss RNG is unique to certain tools and does not affect traditional melee weapons.
- Attacks Per Minute modifiers do not affect bows.
- Weapon Handling is the "Crosshair Reset Speed"
