Overview

A Shotgun Slug is one of three types of Ammunition for the Shotgun. The other two are Shotgun Shell and Shotgun Breaching Slug.

Shotgun Slugs have one projectile, unlike shotgun shells, which have 10 small projectiles. Shotgun Slugs can not be used by a Sawed-off Shotgun.

Notes

• Slugs are best used for high end Zombies like Feral Zombies and Cop zombies. Also quite useful for Zombie Bears because of the damage they inflict.
• They are expensive to craft and require a schematic, so it is an ammunition that is best used sparingly for when you really need the extra damage output.
• It's worth noting that slugs do an additional 200 damage to wood blocks.
